What data we collect

In the request form you give your name, messenger contact or phone number, bike, dates and delivery place. The site also collects technical data: the page address, language, advertising campaign tags (UTM) and an analytics visitor identifier.

Why we use it

We need the data to contact you, confirm the booking and deliver the bike. Campaign tags help us understand which sources bring customers. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties except services the site cannot work without (hosting, messengers, analytics).

How data is stored

Requests are stored in a protected log on the server that only the site owner can access. You can ask us to delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics for visit statistics. They use cookies. You can disable them in your browser settings.
